These Terms govern your use of aimpactmarketing.com and the services provided by AImpact Marketing ("AImpact", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Our services

AImpact provides AI visibility marketing services, including press release campaigns, cloud stack publishing, SEO and AI visibility tracking, as described on our pricing page or in your plan.

No guaranteed results

AI assistants and search engines decide on their own what to show. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, mention or result in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google or any other platform. Publication on third-party outlets is subject to each outlet's editorial guidelines and availability. Outlets, site counts and timing may vary between campaigns, and placements are distributed press releases, not editorial coverage chosen by the outlets.

Your content

You are responsible for making sure the information you give us is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. We will share each press release with you for approval before it is published. Once published, content is public and may remain on third-party sites outside our control.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly and continue month to month until cancelled. There is no long-term contract. If you sign up during a promotion, your promotional monthly price stays locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. Cancelling ends the promotional price.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or to promote products or claims that violate law or the policies of our publishing partners. We may decline or remove content that does.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AImpact is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

SMS / text messaging terms

• Program: AImpact Marketing customer and inquiry messages.
• What you'll receive: replies to your inquiry, appointment and account updates, campaign and report notifications, and occasional information about our services.
• Opt-in: you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website form or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Help: reply HELP, or email info@aimpactmarketing.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed.
